Iris's Healing Chicken Soup Recipe




* Season chicken breast with salt, thyme, and cilantro and broil for 6 minutes on each side.
* Meanwhile, saute onions, celery, carrots, and garlic for 5 min.
* Add zucchini and butter nut squash
* Add cilantro, basil, lemon, lemon zest, ginger and a little red pepper
* Add two boxes of chicken broth
* Add frozen peas, corn, asparagus, and mushrooms
* Add the chicken and simmer for an hour.

*If you are a vegetarian, subtract the chicken parts and just use veggie broth.
